This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and expectations for all learners using the digital services provided by Verbs Inc, a public-facing education initiative of Verbs Consulting LLC, a Pennsylvania-registered business.
By using our services, including email accounts provided under the Verbs Inc domain(s), learners and their guardians agree to abide by this Policy in full.
These roles do not imply licensure or certification and are used solely to describe Verbs Inc service roles. Some individuals may serve in both teaching capacities.
Verbs Inc reserves the right to:
Monitor inbound and outbound email content for compliance, safety, and educational relevance.
Apply automated filters and review policies that detect objectionable content, including profanity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, or drug references.
Restrict or blacklist external email domains or addresses that do not meet our trust and safety standards.
Enforce content compliance policies to protect the learning environment.
All email monitoring is conducted solely for security, educational appropriateness, and operational integrity. No emails will be shared outside of Verbs Inc without cause or legal obligation.
Learners under age 13 must have signed parental consent for email use.
Parents/guardians will be asked to acknowledge and agree to this policy before a learner is issued an email address.
Learners may not use Verbs Inc platforms to:
Access or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material, or adult websites (e.g., OnlyFans).
Engage in cyberbullying, harassment, or threatening behavior.
Distribute or solicit illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Impersonate Verbs Inc personnel or misrepresent their identity.
Attempt to bypass any security or filtering measures in place.
Verbs Inc email accounts are for educational purposes only.
External communications (e.g., with colleges or mentors) are permitted and encouraged—but must be respectful and appropriate.
All communications must comply with our content and TLS enforcement policies.
Violations of this policy may result in:
Temporary or permanent suspension of account access.
Contact with parents/guardians and/or removal from Verbs Inc programs.
Reporting to legal authorities when required.
If Verbs Inc issues a device (e.g., laptop, tablet, or other hardware) to a learner for educational purposes:
The device remains the property of Verbs Inc and must be returned upon request or at the end of service enrollment.
Devices are provided solely for academic use aligned with Verbs Inc courses and tutoring services. Personal or recreational use is discouraged and may be restricted.
All activity on Verbs-issued devices is subject to monitoring, including internet browsing, downloads, email communication, and installed software.
Learners must not attempt to bypass security controls or install unauthorized applications or extensions.
Any damage, loss, or malfunction must be reported immediately. Learners may be held responsible for intentional damage or neglect.
To ensure a safe and productive learning environment:
All Verbs Inc–issued devices may be equipped with content filtering, activity tracking, and security software.
Usage may be monitored remotely by Verbs Inc administrators or instructors.
Any inappropriate use, including accessing or sharing harmful content, harassment, or attempts to breach system security, may result in disciplinary action or removal from services.
