Eric Ransavage is a California-licensed attorney (admitted 2001 in CA, 2004 in NV) with over two decades of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, small‑business law, and landlord–tenant law  . He earned his BA from Rutgers University and graduated magna cum laude with his JD from California Western School of Law in 2000  .

Eric began his legal journey in San Diego, Las Vegas, and Reno, before becoming a partner at a mid‑sized firm specializing in construction‑defect cases, representing thousands of homeowners  . In 2001, he founded his own practice, which now focuses on personal injury, small business matters, evictions, and landlord–tenant situations  .

Eric is known for his clear communication, commitment to justice, and dedication to accessible legal counsel.
